90-Minute Follow Up Lesson

Wheelies | Jumps | Drops | Technical Riding | Dynamic Cornering

Service Description

The Maneuver Lesson is designed as an add-on lesson after completion of learning the fundamentals taught in your first lesson. Now that you’ve mastered some of the fundamentals, it’s time to learn some intermediate and advanced skills that will improve your riding experience. For this lesson, you will choose from one of the following maneuvers: - Wheelies—Not just a cool party trick! Also known as the ¼ pedal punch, wheelies can help you clear obstacles on technical climbs and can be used to balance on the pivot - Jumps—It’s all about the arc! If you want to include clearing table-tops, gaps, and doubles in your riding, this lesson is for you. During the Jump Maneuver lesson, you will learn the proper form to create a nice arc while in the air and to match the landing of your wheels with the landing of the jump - Drops—Part of improving your riding experience means conquering challenging terrain. With the Drop Maneuver Lesson, we will teach you body position ensuring correct trajectory, and how to land with both wheels hitting the ground at the same time for successful landings - Technical Riding—Do you find yourself getting off your bike to walk over those tough sections on the trail or avoiding some trails altogether? Most trails have different levels of technical riding that can intimidate many riders, causing them to ultimately miss out on some amazing riding. Let us teach you how to move around on your bike, conquer challenging terrain and obstacles, and turn you from the passenger into the driver - Dynamic Cornering—Our most popular Maneuver Lesson! No corner is the same—In this Dynamic Cornering Lesson, we will teach you multiple cornering techniques you can use in different scenarios to improve your speed, traction, control in corners, and MAXIMIZE THOSE PR’s. Mastering these techniques will help you read the trail and gain confidence and control in your cornering **Platform Pedals are strongly suggested for this lesson to work on proper technique. If you don’t have a set, we can provide them for you** Location varies based on chosen maneuver
